- 1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
- lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Scoop the coconut cream: Scoop the thick coconut cream from the top of the chilled coconut milk can into a blender.
- Add ingredients: Add the remaining liquid from the can, lemon juice, sugar, and ice cubes.
- Blend: Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and slightly thickened.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices if desired.

- For an extra frosty drink, freeze the coconut milk into ice cube trays ahead of time and use in place of regular ice.
