  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional:

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, coconut sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt.
