Refreshing and fruity, this Triple Berry Lemonade is a perfect summer drink that combines the sweetness of fresh berries with the tartness of lemons. Easy to make and delicious to sip on a hot day!

Fruit Puree:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup water
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Extra berries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Fruit Puree: In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth, then strain into a pitcher.
- Mix: Stir in sugar, lemon juice, and remaining water until sugar dissolves.
- Chill: Refrigerate until well chilled.
- Serve: Serve over ice with extra berries and lemon slices.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace 2 cups of water with chilled club soda just before serving.
- Freeze some lemonade in ice cube trays to keep drinks cold without dilution.
