Description

Refreshing and fruity, this Triple Berry Lemonade is a perfect summer drink that combines the sweetness of fresh berries with the tartness of lemons. Easy to make and delicious to sip on a hot day!


Ingredients

Fruit Puree:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup water

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra berries and lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fruit Puree: In a blender, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and 1 cup water. Blend until smooth, then strain into a pitcher.
  2. Mix: Stir in sugar, lemon juice, and remaining water until sugar dissolves.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. Serve: Serve over ice with extra berries and lemon slices.

Notes

  • For a sparkling version, replace 2 cups of water with chilled club soda just before serving.
  • Freeze some lemonade in ice cube trays to keep drinks cold without dilution.
