Instructions
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Lightly toast the bread if desired. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (if using) on one slice of each sandwich.
