Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Sauce:
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Add-ins:
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, and green beans)
Toppings:
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking dish: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef mixture: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic and cook. Stir in soup, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add vegetables and assemble: Mix in frozen vegetables and transfer mixture to baking dish. Top with tater tots and cheddar cheese.
- Bake: Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until tater tots are crispy and cheese is melted.
