Marinated Chicken:

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- juice of 1 lime
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, toss the chicken thighs with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side until cooked through and charred. Rest for 5 minutes, then chop into pieces.
- Prepare the Tacos: Warm tortillas on a skillet. Fill each with chicken, top with onion and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
