  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
