Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound smoked sausage or kielbasa (sliced), 1 small onion (diced), 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 cup barbecue sauce, ½ cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
