Cheesecake:

- 3 large eggs

- 1/2 cup sour cream
Topping:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or crispy rice cereal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
