- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté garlic and spinach: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil and sauté the garlic for 1 minute. Add the drained spinach and cook for 2–3 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir in the spinach mixture, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well blended.
- Bake: Transfer the dip to a baking dish, then bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
