  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cauliflower Mixture: Steam or microwave cauliflower until tender. Squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with spinach, cheeses, almond flour, egg, garlic, and seasonings.
