Milk Chocolate Fudge:
- 3 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup salted peanuts, roughly chopped
Caramel Layer:
- 1 1/2 cups soft caramel candies, unwrapped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions
- Prepare the Milk Chocolate Fudge: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt together milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla, mini marshmallows, and half of the chopped peanuts. Pour half of the mixture into the pan.
- Make the Caramel Layer: In a separate bowl, microwave caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the fudge layer.
- Finish the Fudge: Top with the remaining fudge mixture, spread evenly, and sprinkle with remaining peanuts. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
