Macaroni Salad:
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped sweet pickle relish
- 1 hard-boiled egg (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Cook Macaroni: Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7–8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Prepare Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooled macaroni, celery, red onion, relish, and chopped egg. Stir to combine.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
