Instructions
- Cook Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
- Brown Beef and Sauté Onion: Add the ground beef and diced onion to the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant. Drain any excess fat from the mixture.
- Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker: Transfer the cooked beef mixture and bacon to the slow cooker. Add baked beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, allowing flavors to meld perfectly.
