  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 810 pepperoncini peppers (plus a few tablespoons of the juice)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season and Sear: Lightly season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
