- 4 boneless ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Seasoning Mix:
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers (plus a few tablespoons of the juice)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Season and Sear: Lightly season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Prepare Slow Cooker: Transfer seared steaks to the slow cooker.
- Add Ingredients: Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over steaks. Place butter on top, add pepperoncini peppers, and pour in some pepperoncini juice.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until steaks are tender.
- Serve: Shred steaks with a fork and serve with preferred sides.
