  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Rice: Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt with cooked sushi rice. Press into a dish, refrigerate until firm, then cut into rectangles.
  2. Fry Rice: Fry rice pieces until golden and crispy.
