Gochujang:

2 tablespoons (Korean chili paste)

Rice Vinegar:

Sesame Oil:

1 teaspoon

Green Onions:

2 (sliced)

Shredded Carrots:

1/4 cup

Chopped Cucumber:

1/4 cup

Lettuce Leaves:

Butter lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Cook chicken: Add ground chicken, cook until browned. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  3. Finish: Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
