Ingredients
Ground Chicken:

Oil:
1 tablespoon (avocado or sesame)

Gochujang:
2 tablespoons (Korean chili paste)
Soy Sauce or Tamari:
1 tablespoon
Rice Vinegar:
1 tablespoon
Honey or Maple Syrup:

Sesame Oil:
1 teaspoon
Green Onions:
2 (sliced)
Shredded Carrots:
1/4 cup
Chopped Cucumber:
1/4 cup
Lettuce Leaves:
Butter lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions
- Heat oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Cook chicken: Add ground chicken, cook until browned. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
- Finish: Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
- Assemble: Spoon chicken into lettuce leaves, top with carrots, cucumber, sesame seeds, and lime. Serve.
