Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a bowl with buttermilk and hot sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Prepare Breading: Mix flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Bread the Chicken: Coat chicken in flour mixture, then egg, and back into flour.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat oil to 350°F. Fry chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden and cooked through.
