- 4 small store-bought meringue nests (crushed)
Instructions
- Prepare Plum Compote: In a small saucepan, cook plums, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until jammy. Let cool.
- Whip Cream: In a bowl, whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and almond extract until soft peaks form. Fold in Greek yogurt.
- Assemble: Layer plum compote, cream mixture, and crushed meringue in serving glasses. Repeat layers and chill before serving.
