- 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4–1/2 cup granulated sugar (to taste)

Instructions
- Blend Fruits: In a blender, combine pineapple, strawberries, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain Mixture: Pour mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing to extract liquid.
- Add Flavors: Stir in remaining water, lime juice, and sugar. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice, garnished with mint and fruit slices if desired.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, replace half the water with sparkling water just before serving.
- Freeze some agua fresca in ice cube trays to keep drinks cold without diluting the flavor.
