Cookie Dough:

- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Filling:
- 12 soft caramel candies, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the dough: Cream together butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients, fold in chocolate chips.
- Assemble cookies: Scoop dough, press caramel into each, wrap dough around caramel, and roll into a ball. Place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
