Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Prepare Wet Mixture: In a large bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine Ingredients: Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Toss diced peaches with 1 tablespoon flour, then gently fold into the batter.
- Bake: Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
