Fruit Salad:
- 2 cups fresh or canned peaches (sliced)
- 1 cup seedless grapes (halved)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers or cinnamon sugar cookie pieces
Instructions
- Cheesecake Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar, cheesecake pudding mix, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and creamy.
- Fruit Salad: Gently fold in the peaches, grapes, strawberries, and mini marshmallows. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to distribute evenly. Just before serving, fold in the crumbled graham crackers or cookie pieces to maintain their crunch. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
