Description

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Arrange Ingredients: Arrange the peach slices, cherry tomatoes, and torn burrata pieces on a serving platter.
  2. Add Basil: Tuck in the fresh basil leaves throughout the platter.
  3. Drizzle & Season: Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
