Peach & Burrata Caprese:
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Arrange Ingredients: Arrange the peach slices, cherry tomatoes, and torn burrata pieces on a serving platter.
- Add Basil: Tuck in the fresh basil leaves throughout the platter.
- Drizzle & Season: Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve: Serve immediately as an appetizer or light side dish.
