Ingredients
Scale
Brownie Bombs:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the package)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
Coating and Decoration:
- 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
- red, white, and blue sprinkles
- red and blue candy melts for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Brownie Base: Prepare brownies according to package directions and let them cool completely.
- Make Brownie Balls: Crumble the brownies into a large bowl, then mix in softened cream cheese until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20β30 minutes until firm.
- Coat with White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave, dip each brownie ball into the melted coating, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Add Sprinkles: Immediately top with red, white, and blue sprinkles.
- Optional Drizzle: If desired, melt red and blue candy melts and drizzle over the coated brownie bombs for extra decoration. Chill until set before serving.
