Coating and Decoration:

  • 8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
  • red, white, and blue sprinkles
  • red and blue candy melts for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Brownie Base: Prepare brownies according to package directions and let them cool completely.
  2. Make Brownie Balls: Crumble the brownies into a large bowl, then mix in softened cream cheese until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
