Pancake Batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional:

  • 12 fully cooked breakfast sausage links (cut into thirds)

Instructions
