- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 ¼ cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
