- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups whole milk
- 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the ground beef with salt and pepper for about 5–6 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: Push beef to one side, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, and sauté garlic. Add broth, milk, pasta, seasonings, and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
- Finish and Serve: Stir in Parmesan, cream, and butter. Let it thicken off heat for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
