This easy skillet meal is comforting and satisfying, making it a great choice for busy weeknights.

  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • chopped parsley for garnish

  4. Finish Dish: Return cooked chicken to the pan, add cream and cheeses. Simmer until creamy.

Notes

  • You can substitute rotisserie chicken for a quicker version.
  • Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra veggies.
  • Use any melty cheese combo you like—Monterey Jack or Gouda works well too.
