Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Soak Dates: Combine dates and orange juice in a bowl and let them soak.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Cream butter and brown sugar, then add eggs and orange zest.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix Batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with milk. Fold in soaked dates and nuts.
- Bake: Fill muffin tin, bake for 18–22 minutes until done.
