Blondie Batter:

- 1 cup soft caramels, unwrapped

Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into wet mixture until just combined.
- Layer batter and fillings: Spread half of the batter in the pan. Spread warmed Nutella over batter, then drizzle melted caramels. Top with remaining batter, spread, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake: Bake for 28–32 minutes until set. Cool before slicing.
