Description

A creamy, no-bake peanut butter pie with a crunchy graham cracker crust, rich peanut butter filling, and optional delicious toppings like whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Perfect for a quick, indulgent dessert without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream, cold

For the Topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Drizzle of melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you make the filling.
  2. Make the peanut butter filling: Using a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter together until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue beating until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture in batches, folding carefully to maintain the fluffiness and avoid deflating the cream.
  4. Assemble the pie: Spread the creamy peanut butter filling evenly into the chilled graham cracker crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate the pie for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to fully set.
  5. Add toppings and serve: Before serving, garnish the pie with optional toppings such as whipped cream, chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or a drizzle of melted chocolate to enhance flavor and presentation.

Notes

  • For a richer twist on the crust, substitute the graham cracker crust with an Oreo crust.
  • This pie can be made 1–2 days in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator for convenience.
