Description

These No-Bake Energy Bites are a perfect healthy snack or quick breakfast option. Packed with oats, peanut butter, and flaxseed, these bites are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite add-ins.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
  • pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, flaxseed, chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  2. Chill Mixture: Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Form Bites: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
  4. Storage: Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
