These No-Bake Energy Bites are a perfect healthy snack or quick breakfast option. Packed with oats, peanut butter, and flaxseed, these bites are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite add-ins.

Dry Ingredients:
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
- pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients:
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together oats, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, flaxseed, chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Chill Mixture: Refrigerate the mixture for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Form Bites: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
- Storage: Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
Notes
- Add chia seeds, protein powder, or dried fruit for variety.
- Almond or sunflower seed butter can be used instead of peanut butter.
