Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Cream together butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add egg and vanilla, then mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form dough. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
