- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Melt the Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter until fully melted and bubbly.
- Add Marshmallows: Add the entire 10 oz package of mini marshmallows to the melted butter. Stir constantly until the marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
- Add Flavor and Color: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and add green food coloring little by little until the desired shade of green is reached, mixing thoroughly.
- Mix with Cereal: Quickly add 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold and mix until the cereal is evenly coated.
- Shape the Monsters: Lightly butter or spray your hands with cooking spray, then take portions of the mixture and form into fun monster shapes, such as balls or irregular shapes to mimic monster bodies.
- Decorate the Monsters: Press candy eyeballs of various sizes onto each treat to create monster faces and features.
- Cool and Set: Place the decorated treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow them to cool and set completely at room temperature, about 30 minutes.
