Ingredients

Frozen Cheese Ravioli:

1 (25-ounce) bag

Ground Beef:

1 pound

Onion (diced):

1 small

Garlic (minced):

2 cloves

Marinara Sauce:

1 (24-ounce) jar

Italian Seasoning:

1/2 teaspoon

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional):

1/4 teaspoon

Ricotta Cheese:

1 cup

Cream Cheese (softened):

4 ounces

Sour Cream:

1/2 cup

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:

2 cups

Grated Parmesan Cheese:

1/2 cup

Salt and Pepper:

to taste

Chopped Fresh Parsley for Garnish (optional):


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Add garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer and set aside.
  3. Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream with salt and pepper.
  4. Layer the baking dish with meat sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan.
  5. Bake covered, then uncovered until bubbly and golden. Rest before serving, garnish with parsley.
