Ingredients
Frozen Cheese Ravioli:
1 (25-ounce) bag
Ground Beef:
1 pound
Onion (diced):
1 small
Garlic (minced):
2 cloves
Marinara Sauce:
1 (24-ounce) jar
Italian Seasoning:
1/2 teaspoon
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional):
1/4 teaspoon
Ricotta Cheese:
1 cup
Cream Cheese (softened):
4 ounces
Sour Cream:
1/2 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:
2 cups
Grated Parmesan Cheese:
1/2 cup
Salt and Pepper:
to taste
Chopped Fresh Parsley for Garnish (optional):
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Add garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer and set aside.
- Mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream with salt and pepper.
- Layer the baking dish with meat sauce, ravioli, cheese mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers and top with Parmesan.
- Bake covered, then uncovered until bubbly and golden. Rest before serving, garnish with parsley.
