Meatloaf:

- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)

- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the mushroom gravy:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 ounces cremini or white mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the meatloaf: Combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into a loaf and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Make the mushroom gravy: Sauté mushrooms in butter, add flour, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
