Sauce:

- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season and sear salmon: Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper. Sear in an oven-safe skillet.
- Prepare the sauce: Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes, add cream, broth, tomatoes, Parmesan, and seasoning. Simmer.
- Bake: Return salmon to skillet, spoon sauce over and bake for 8–10 minutes.
