- 1 cup plain yogurt

- 2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), and cardamom. Blend until smooth and creamy.
