Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Pour over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Let cool in the oven, then refrigerate.
- Add Topping: Spread lemon curd on top before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices.
