Crust:
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pretzels

Cream Cheese Layer:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping
Lemon Layer:
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups cold water
- 1 can (21 ounces) lemon pie filling or lemon curd
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust: Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make the cream cheese layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
- Prepare the lemon layer: Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water, then stir in cold water. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Assemble the dessert: Spread lemon pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Pour the gelatin over the lemon layer.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle crushed pretzels on top before serving.
- You can use whipped cream instead of whipped topping.
