  • 1 cup whipped topping (divided)

Lemon Pudding Layer:

  • 2 (3.4-ounce) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Garnish:

  • lemon zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crumble Base: Mix flour, softened butter, and chopped pecans. Press into a baking dish and bake.
  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sugar, vanilla, and whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. Prepare the Lemon Pudding Layer: Whisk together lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Finish and Chill: Top with remaining whipped topping, chill for at least 4 hours. Garnish with lemon zest before serving.
