  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup ice

For Garnish:

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • lime slices or zest for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, cream of coconut, key lime juice, lime zest, cream cheese, frozen pineapple, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust Consistency: If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more coconut milk to loosen it.
  3. Prepare Glasses: To garnish, dip the rim of each glass in a bit of lime juice, then press into crushed graham crackers to coat.
  4. Serve: Pour the Piña Colada mixture into the prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest or a lime slice if desired. Serve immediately.
