Hot Honey Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons hot honey (plus more for drizzling)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare salmon: In a bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Make hot honey glaze: Mix hot honey and soy sauce. Brush half over salmon.
- Bake: Bake for 8–10 minutes, then broil for 1–2 minutes until caramelized.
- Finish: Brush with remaining hot honey mixture or drizzle. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
