Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on both sides.
  2. Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to low. Add butter, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and thyme. Stir until melted. Add pecans and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
