Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. Prepare the Cupcake Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with flour. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
