- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Salad:
- 6 cups mixed salad greens

- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
For the Honey Mustard Dressing:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
