Steak Bites:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the Steak Bites: Generously season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Sear the Steak: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak in a single layer and sear for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add honey and soy sauce, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

- You can use ribeye or New York strip steak for extra tenderness.
