- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic, and cook until softened, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add Sauce: Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes until thick.
- Assemble: Toast buns, then spoon the beef mixture onto the bottom halves. Top with the other halves and serve warm.
