Pizza Pockets:
- 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare Chicken: In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
